KAMINER, Wladimir
Wladimir Kaminer, born in Moscow in 1967, has lived in Berlin with his family since 1990. Widely publishing articles and essays, he has also been organizing events, above all his "Russendisko," which also became the title of a collection of stories. These stories and his novel Militärmusik were a well-received and popular success. In turn, this led to reading tours, which are chronicled in the essayistic reports published in Vol. 9, No. 1/2.
