- SCHRIBER, Margrit
- Margrit Schriber was
born in Lucerne in 1939 and worked in the banking business and advertising
before she turned to writing as a career. She now lives in Zofingen
and Southern France. She published her first novel, Aussicht
gerahmt (View, Framed), in 1976. Her work is often autobiographically
informed and centers on alienation, especially from the perspective
of women.
