SCHUTTING, Julian
Julian Schutting was born in Lower Austria in 1937. After studying German and history and, then teaching in Vienna from 1965 to 1985, he now divides his time as freelance writer between Vienna and Spittal (on the river Drau). His work is characterized by a precision of observation and description that do not shy away from human vulnerabilities.
